Led the re-imagining of Verizon's B2B Partner Portal, transforming over 27 fragmented legacy systems into a single, seamless Salesforce experience. As the senior design lead I brought together disparate stakeholders to create a unified multi-phase product roadmap with executive buy-in. By focusing on human-centered design, that simplified complex workflows we created a unified, personalized portal that eliminated friction and streamlined operations for partners.

We also created mobile and tablet experiences that enhanced maintenance compliance, reduced downtime, and boosted customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.

Led the digital transformation of AGCO's customer experience across all EMEA brands, from UX strategy to delivery. We redesigned the end-to-end customer journey for both B2C and B2B users, creating a single, seamless experience across mobile, desktop, and tablet. Our solutions included key B2B and B2C portals, integrated e-commerce and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tools, and complex product configurations, all in tandem with a major technical architecture overhaul.
