Citi Treasury Solutions
We designed and launched an end-to-end Digital Banking solution tailored for a diverse set of user groups and personas within the Treasury eco-system. Key features included:
Citi Treasury clients faced fragmented digital experiences, limited access to predictive analytics, and cumbersome account management processes. The challenge was to create a unified solution that would address these pain points while delivering personalized value.

Citi sought to revolutionize its Treasury client experience by developing a comprehensive digital platform. The goal was to streamline complex financial processes, empower clients with actionable insights, and drive business growth through innovation.
As the Senior Principal, I collaborated closely with client stakeholders, data scientists, and both business and development teams. I was responsible for conducting the design thinking workshops, identify and prioritize critical workflows & requirements, create appropriate user research strategies, design ideation, creative design direction and socializing the design solution across the client leadership. This video was based on our clickable prototypes and created to evangelize the product solution to major Citi clients to ensure the solution met both business objectives and user needs.
